Terms of Service

1. NikTopia reserves the right to refuse service if felt necessary.

2. NikTopia will refuse service to clients if there website has:
- Pornographic or explicit image websites
- Sites that offer any kind of malicious software
- Spamming sites
- Hate sites

3. NikTopia reserves the right to remove your website hosting if you refuse to comply with our Terms of service or remove sites that we deem have inappropriate content. Any form of harm inflicting sites (Spamming, Virus, Keylogs or proxy sites) will be terminated without warning and with no refund issued.

4. You must supply NikTopia with a correct contactable email and other forms of required information (On the order form).When purchasing services from NikTopia you must supply correct required information. (All information is required.)

5.When purchasing internet services from NikTopia full payment must be made before the services are acquired.

6. Cancellation of any outstanding hosting account must be sent atleast five business days before the end of the hosting period. All outstanding bills must be paid before the due date.

7. NikTopia reserves the right to alter the pricing of any services/ products as deemed necessary.

8. NikTopia reserves the right to suspend any accounts that have outstanding bills after 48hours of the due date.

9. NikTopia takes no liability for loss of files, data or folders. The account holder is solely responsible for backing up their website.

10. NikTopia reserves the right to not issue refunds for any reason.

11. NikTopia reserves the right to shut down its website and all services if deemed the only solution.

12. NikTopia reserves the right to change its Terms of service at any point in time when deemed necessary. Clients will be notified accordingly.

13. NikTopia reserves the right to close any site hosted on it's server for no good reason.
